Refund policy

Merchandise may be returned up to 14 days from the date you receive your package(s). Refunds requested after 14 days will be accepted for exchanges only.  All merchandise must be returned in new condition, which means unworn, unwashed, free of any stains including make-up and deodorant with all Shirley Girl Boutique original tags attached and your purchase receipt.

Defective Merchandise: All merchandise is inspected for quality control prior to shipping. If you believe you've received defective, damaged or the incorrect merchandise it must be reported within 5 days from your delivery date.

Return Shipping Fees are solely the customer's responsibility. Shirley Girl Boutique doesn't provide return shipping labels. Shirley Girl Boutique is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. If your return package is not received by us (Shirley Girl Boutique) please contact our carrier at  www.https://usps.com to file a claim for your missing item.
When your returned merchandise is received you will be notified via email. Please allow 5-7 business days for return item processing. Once the return has been approved your refund will be credited back to the original form of payment and will appear on your next billing statement.
