Return Period:

Merchandise may be returned within 14 days from the date you receive your package(s) All conditions for returns must be met. All merchandise must be returned in new condition, meaning unworn, unwashed, free of any stains and ordors, including perfume, makeup, smoke, deordorant and any other detectable  odor(s). Additionally, items must have all Shirley Girl Boutique originial tags attached and be accompanied by your purchase receipt. Refunds requested after 14 days will only be accepted for exchanges. All merchandise must be returned in new condition, meaning unworn, unwashed, free of any stains and odors including perfume, makeup, smoke, deodorant and any other detectable ordor(s). Additionaly, with all Shirley Girl Boutique original tags attached, and accompanied by your purchase receipt.

Return Process:

For all refunds, we recommend using www.usps.com for a smooth and reliable process.Upon receiving your returned merchandise, you will be notified via eamil. Please allow 5-7 business days for return processing. Once approved, your refund will be credited back to the original payment method and will appear on your next billing statement.

Return Shipping Fees:

For all returns the return shipping fee is soley the customer's rsponsibility, and we do not provide return shipping labels. Shirley Girl Boutique is not responsible for lost  or daage packages.. If your return package is not received by us, please contact our carrier at www.usps.com to file a claim for your missing item.

Defective Merchandise: 

All items undergo quality control inspection before shipping. If you believe you've received defective, damaged, or the incorrect merchandise, please report it within 5 days from your delivery date.
