Due to COVID-19 we will not be accepting any returns for any reason. Full refunds available only to customers whose items have not been shipped. 

Please read our size chart prior to completing a purchase to ensure your item is the correct fit. For assistance with sizing, give us a call at +1-800-294-5496 or click  to send us an email and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

If you completed your purchase using AfterPay, you will need to contact their customer service department to ensure your future payment shave been canceled.

FORMER REFUND POLICY: Inactive as of 4/1/2020.

You have 14 days from the day you receive your package(s) to return your item(s) and request a full refund.

Requests received after the 14 day period will be subject to approval and may result in either a partial refund, or an issuance of store credit. Refunds requested after 30 days will not be accepted. 

When your item(s) have arrived, you will be notified via email. Please allow 5-7 business days for return processing. Once the return has been approved and the transaction has been reversed, your refund should be credited back to the original purchasing card/account within 1-3 business days (or whatever is the standard waiting period for your financial institution).
